Join Us!
The Back 2 School Festival offers a great opportunity to expose families to the amazing organizations and businesses our county has to offer. We invite community organizations, businesses and churches to come share information with families about their products, services, classes or organization.
All booths are asked to provide an interactive game, activity or craft in order to add the festival feel.
Activities and prizes at booths turn this event into a festival and add a level of excitement that keeps families engaged. A booth can also offer items that will help kids succeed in the year ahead such as, pencils, pens, crayons, backpack accessories, or toiletries like tissues, hand sanitizers, etc.
We will offer a limited number of tables for info-only booths. We ask that any information at booths be respectful and family-appropriate.

Important Booth Information

Setup:
Booths must be set up Friday Aug. 8 from 1:30pm-5:30pm before the festival.

Day of:
Please arrive by 8:00am and be prepared to stay set up until 4:00.

Breakdown:
Please do not break down early unless instructed by the B2SF planning committee.

Plan to Bring:
Table Cloth, Sign, Bungees for Banners, decor, activity supplies, or info to share.
Please remember no children will be allowed to work the booths with you. Every child that comes to the festival should feel welcome and confident. At times, seeing classmates behind the tables can undermine the feeling we are trying to build. For the sake of those coming to the festival, please make other arrangements for children of employees and volunteers.
